- UI EASY (Job Service North Dakota) (Submitted quarterly, can be done online or by paper form – called a Contribution and Wage Report.)
- myWSI Payroll Reporting (North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance) (Called a Payroll Report, submitted online only – WSI announcement: In early 2024, WSI will begin transitioning employers from an annual reporting requirement to a quarterly reporting frequency as this will better align reporting requirements with other State and Federal agencies.)
- Maintain Registration | Secretary of State | North Dakota (nd.gov) (Most businesses in North Dakota must file an Annual Report with the Office of the Secretary of State to stay in good standing. A due date for filing is in place, a filing fee exists, and a late fee may apply if not filed timely. Online filing only.)
