Attention North Dakota homeowners: See if you qualify for this tax credit and don’t forget to apply by the deadline. TO BE ELIGIBLE: You must own a home (house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo) in North Dakota and reside in it as your primary residence. Homes held in trusts also qualify. There are no age restrictions or income limitations for this credit. Only one Primary Residence Credit is available per household.
The application is submitted online using the link below. If you do not have Internet access, the N.D. Office of State Tax Commissioner has stated residents can contact them at 701-328-7988 or 1-877-649-0112 for assistance.
